Today at school, we made apple biscuit baskets.

Recipe for Apple Biscuit Basket:

What you need:

• cinnamon sugar
• 2 biscuits
• brown sugar
• peeled apples
• butter

What you do:

1. spread butter on one of the biscuits
2. sprinkle brown sugar on butter
3. put the half of peeled apple on the biscuit
4. sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the apple
5. put the other biscuit on and press the edges of the biscuits together
6. bake the biscuit basket

Why an apple biscuit basket is called a biscuit basket --
because the apple seems to be in a covered basket.
